1. General
Refunds are not offered on our monthly subscription services. You can cancel your service at any time and your service will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. If you are on a yearly plan and wish to terminate service, we will evaluate your situation on a case by case basis to determine if a refund will be applied.
2. Conditions for a Refund
Refunds can only be processed for accounts that have purchased a yearly subscription. Your refund will include any unused months of service but not include any partial months of service. Your plan can cancelled at the end of the month you request cancellation and a refund will be issued after service is ended.
3. Processing Refunds
Refund requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe. Refunds are made to the original method of payment. You will be notified once your refund has been issued.
